    --------- CLUB UPDATE --------Recently the Gawler Central Sporting Club held its annual AGM and as the new President of the GCSC I want to thank and acknowledge outgoing members Kingsley Songer (President), Mark Hermann (Vice President), Peter Caddy (Secretary) and Leanne Songer (Treasurer) for their contribution and commitment to our Sporting Club. Kingsley has been on the Sporting Club committee for the past 20 years, 16 years as President, an extraordinary commitment! In saying that, Kingsley, Leanne and Peter are all life members, and all four have also held positions on our affiliate clubs either Football, Cricket or Netball. Their passion for our clubs and timeless hours (sometimes unrecognised) is a credit to them all and the reason I want to thank them for their contribution. Please also join me in welcoming new committee members Rebecca Iredale (Secretary) and Annette Penna (Treasurer).     It's that time of the year again... time for our smallest Tigers to have some fun with NetSetGO 🐯🐯NetSetGo registrations are now open (see link below), NetSetGo is a starter program designed for young girls aged 5 & up giving them a chance to learn the netball basics, get outside and make some new friends. For some this might be the first time they’ll pick up a netball or put on a bib. Gawler Central will be running our NetSetGo sessions every Monday afternoon in Term 3 (10 weeks) between 4pm-5pm. Don't forget if your daughter is primary school aged & you haven't used their 2021 Sports Voucher this is your chance to use it!
