In a first for the club in a very long time (or maybe its whole history, that I can recall), the results of all games played (on Saturday @ Williamstown against Barossa) for the round for premiership points were all won by the Tiger Gals – yes, ALL teams were winners! Quite an achievement indeed to all bring home wins on the same day! That really is a total Club effort indeed! Well done to all who played and coached etc. Full results and coaches’ comments on all the games played are listed below. Thanks to our weekly supporter’s for the girls ‘incentive awards’ :- Brereton Jewellers, Domino’s, Fasta Pasta, Pizza Works, @Nourish, McDonalds, SuperCuts, Noodle Box and Wohler’s .

It was congratulations also on Saturday this time to Michelle Kelcey on her 150 senior games with the Club – well done Michelle. Well done also and thanks to the Club social committee in arranging the fab Cocktail night on Saturday night – thanks Maryann and Amy for all of your efforts and to DJ Liam Connole – it was great to see so many in attendance, in full ‘Op Shop’ style and clearly all having an amazing time at that!! Next social diary date is 31st May for ‘Shuffle Night’ – mark this down – another one not too miss!!

This week we venture up to Nuriootpa to play, followed by teas and presentations back at the club as usual – a great way to end the day and catch up with team mates and friends. To all club mums and all mums – Happy Mother’s Day for Sunday too – hope you get to have a relaxing day.

Netta 1
Great game, girls worked well together and are listening to my instructions fantastically.
Netta 2 It was a good game, the girls are starting to learn where to stand and what their position does. Great defending also, some girls look/play like it’s their 2nd year.
