The sun was shining on a beautiful autumn’s day on Saturday as we headed to Eldred Riggs courts to take on South Gawler. Unfortunately it was a tough day for most of our teams, however big wins from our Senior 3 & 4’s teams taking out their first win against South in quite a few years. Well done girls!

Congratulations to Senior 2 player Pamela Warner playing her 50th club game yesterday, great work Pam!

Senior 1 41 56 Dayna Schmid, Ali Schahinger Disappointing end to what was a great first half of netball, we just allowed the score line to blow out.
Senior 2 41 32 Bonnie Morrow, Tegan Couzner Tough game today that we will certainly learn from. However great defensive pressure down the court allowed for plenty of turnovers we just couldn’t convert them.
Senior 3 48 47 Ellen O’Hennessy, Elise Hillebrand Awesome win, great 4 quarter effort by all 9 girls.
Senior 4 45 31 Jenny Finlay, Renee Brooks Excellent game today against a tough opponent. Another team defensive effort creating turn over ball with good conversion. Great team effort
Senior 5 27 51 Cathrine Matthew, Melissa Pywell Girls played well.
Senior 6 31 46 Justine Farrugia-Gay, Stacey Rosenzweig Not a great start but kept up after first quarter. Better luck next time
Senior 7 34 42 Shannon Solly, Cassie Holland Hard fought game, lots of defensive pressure. Bad luck girls.
Inter 1 34 22 Sharni Assender, Ella Vary Fantastic win by the girls today – all played well. Showed that training is reaping the awards.
Inter 2 28 46 Holly Moulsdale, Hannah Wolton Slow start meant we played catch up for the rest of the game, but an amazing second half by everyone
Junior 1 36 60 Ellie Ward, Bree Hryhorec Slow start allowed South the jump, the girls worked really hard in the last half and managed to keep the score line fairly even which was excellent
Junior 2 5 51 Kate Grady, Zara Nollen Unfortunately South were just too good for us today, a few things to sort at training and we will come out firing next time.
Sub Junior 1 4 39 Charlotte Wood, Paiton Duncan
Sub Junior 2 6 30 Maddison Burleigh Coming off the Easter break it showed. Girls fought hard to the final whistle.
Primary 1 1 31
Primary 2 6 9 Indie Vivian, Te’Ara Ey Great game. Brilliant last half with lots of team work.

Netta 1 Mikayla, Harper Great game all tried so hard throughout the game

Netta 2 Excellent game by the littlest tigers, showed the skills they’ve learnt so far well. Awesome effort
